Calling all Compatriots:

Greenwood Cemetery Clean-up Day

It's time for our annual clean-up day to ready the Confederate Section of the Greenwood Cemetery for our observance of Confederate Memorial Day on April 27, 2008.  If the weatherman gives a good day for yard work, come out by 9:00 am and bring your tools of foliage destruction.  If enough "hands" show up, the work should go quickly.  Note: A final "touch-up" will be done on April 26 for whatever has to be left for later.

UDC Confederate Heroes Birthday Luncheon

The local W.D. Holder Chapter of the UDC will soon celebrate the Confederate Birthdays of Generals Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson and Commodore Matthew F. Maury, and invites us all to join them in their annual birthday luncheon in honor of these heroes.

It's Past Dues Time

If you haven't paid dues, you're past due.  The deadline of November 1 has passed so any late dues payers should add the $5.00 late fee to the normal $45.00 dues amount.  The late fee is assessed by IHQ, not by the camp.
